Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- To understand strategic hiring goals of the business
- To proactively source suitable candidates through a range of means
- To conduct phone screening interviews
- To schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- To independence interview executive and below candidate
- To collaborate with hiring managers to understand the role and key attributes required
- To extend offers to successful candidates and salary negotiations
- To do the induction presentation for new recruits
- To support new recruits in on boarding program
- To oversea company’s recruitment website (Candidate and employer register, job approval etc.)
- To sell recruitment agency service to clients
- To do other tasks assigned by Head of Talent Acquisition
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)
- At least 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Have sense of urgency
- Have attentions to details attitude
- Have a can do attitude and growth mindset
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
