Mr. David - Business Director

In 2022, David founded Talent4u Cambodia, the country’s leading recruitment agency, to provide international standard executive search and selection services. The company quickly gained a reputation for high quality service and executive search for senior talent in Cambodia. 

He has in-depth knowledge and experience of the human resources issues faced by companies in a rapidly expanding economy. David has consulted on human resources capacity development for the infrastructure sector and  he focuses on effective commercial solutions for a wide range of clients.

 

Mr. Heng -  Head of recruitment

Since 2022, Heng has been leading a team of recruiters in the challenging Cambodia market. He has developed a process which works effectively in a rapidly growing economy and brings the skills and knowledge your team needs to carry out the talent acquisition function in a fast, effective way.

Heng's philosophy is that success is based on maintaining integrity, building collaborative effort and using a thorough process. He has carried out numerous executive searches in a wide range of sectors and across functions.
