JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for Linux Security Operation Engineer who is experience with MLPS (China) or ISO27001 compliance projects

And large-scale clusters (100+ servers), DevSecOps experience with security in CI/CD pipelines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

ü  System Operations & Management

-    Responsible for daily operation, inspection, and optimization of large-scale Linux servers to ensure high availability; develop and implement updates, patches, and security baselines. Skilled in JMeter, LoadRunner, and other performance

ü  Security Protection & Compliance

-    Implement hardening, conduct vulnerability scans and risk assessments, manage firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS; ensure compliance with security standards

ü  Monitoring & Incident Response

-    Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect threats; create and practice emergency plans, quickly handle incidents

ü  Accounts & Permission Management

-    Manage accounts and permissions, enforce least privilege, implement multi-level access and 2FA.

ü  Automation & Tool Development

-    Use Shell/Python to develop automation tools; promote tools such as Ansible and Salt Stack

ü  Cross-department Collaboration

-    Work with R&D; and business teams on deployments and security assessments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)

-    Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields; 3–5+ years of Linux operations experience.

-    Proficient in installation, configuration, optimization, troubleshooting of CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat.

-    Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and security protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSH, SSL/TLS, VPN).

-    Familiar with system hardening, proficient with SELinux, iptables/firewalld, Fail2ban.

-    Familiar with attacks (SQL injection, XSS, DDoS, privilege escalation) and defenses.

-    Skilled with security tools such as Nessus, OpenVAS, OSSEC, Wazuh, Splunk.

-    Proficient in Shell, Python, Go for automation tools development.

-    Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) with log analysis skills.

-    Strong documentation skills to produce security standards, manuals, and emergency plans
