Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Go Developer for our organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems. However, you also contribute to the full software development lifecycle in our team, and to make sure the system is going smoothly as planned.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance APIs and microservices using Golang.
• Build and optimize reusable, efficient, and maintainable Go modules.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (planning, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring).
• Ensure the reliability, security, and integrity of applications and services.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Go programming language.
• Strong understanding of Go frameworks and tools (Gin, Echo, Fiber, etc.).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Good knowledge of concurrency patterns, goroutines, and channel-based programming in Go.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
