Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Business Analyst, Online Gaming & Entertainment, you will bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. You will analyze business requirements, work with the game designer, and product managers to translate the concepts of gameplay. Moreover, you will conduct deep dives into the existing and new games to ensure the accuracy, such as workflow mapping, system integration, etc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the design and validation of enterprise-level data models to support analytics and reporting.
- Lead the analysis and documentation of online casino and gaming mechanisms, including game logic, rules, payout structures, jackpot triggers, and bonus systems.
- Work closely with game designers, mathematicians, and product managers to translate gameplay concepts into clear business and technical requirements.
- Conduct deep dives into existing and new games (e.g., Baccarat, Dragon-Tiger, Slots, Poker, Sportsbook) to ensure accurate requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and system integration.
- Maintain BA standards, templates, and documentation specific to the gaming and entertainment industry (e.g., game specification sheets, system flow diagrams, payout validation workflows).
- Facilitate workshops with executives, operators, and technical leads to capture requirements for new game launches, platform enhancements, and cross-product features.
- Drive scope alignment and prioritization across projects such as payment integration, affiliate/agent systems, jackpots, and promotional campaigns.
- Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership, with mitigation strategies for gameplay fairness, payout anomalies, or delivery delays.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Gaming-related fields.
- 3–5 years of business analysis experience in online gaming, casino platforms, or digital entertainment.
- Strong expertise in analyzing game mechanics, including payout calculations, jackpot engines, and bonus triggers.
- Experience with gaming platform integrations (payment gateways, agent/affiliate systems, CRM, risk management).
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and gaming workflow documentation.
- Familiarity with gaming compliance practices and responsible gaming requirements.
- Ability to bridge game logic and business outcomes, turning gameplay rules into actionable requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
