Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our Human Resources operations at the casino. The HR Officer will play a vital role in managing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management in line with labor laws and company policy.
- Coordinate and monitor training and development programs.
- Support disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies.
- Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and performance gaps
- Perform other tasks as per assigned by Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR role.
- Good at English Languages both writing and speaking skill.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
