JOB SUMMARY

As the Business Analysis Manager – Agency Systems, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for identifying, analysing, and delivering solutions for the company’s agency platform. This includes end-to-end digital journeys for agents and sub-agents, system rules for commission and incentives, onboarding, KYC, performance tracking, and integration with payment and gaming platforms. You will act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and technology teams, driving scalable, efficient, and data-driven systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Define business requirements for multi-tier agency systems (merchant, agent, sub-agent, member).
• Map workflows for recruitment, commission structures, and hierarchical reporting.
• Work with development teams to implement scalable agency features and integrations.
• Conduct impact assessments and change management for agency model enhancements.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring professional development and delivery excellence.
• Establish and maintain BA standards, templates, and best practices for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, product managers, and technical leads to gather and validate requirements.
• Drive prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and propose mitigation strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of BA experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, payment systems, gaming platforms, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of complexity business environmental workflow.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN modeling - SQL, BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
