Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversees the accurate and efficient handling of cash, chips, and other valuables.
- Ensures adherence to cash handling procedures and internal controls.
- Conducts regular cash counts and reconciliations.
- Supervises and trains cage staff, including cashiers, vault clerks, and shift leads.
- Schedules staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitors staff performance and addresses any issues promptly.
- Stays updated on all relevant gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensures that all cage operations comply with regulatory standards.
- Conducts regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provides excellent customer service to all guests.
- Resolves customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains a secure and safe working environment.
- Monitors security cameras and alarms.
- Implements security procedures to protect the casino's assets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a casino cage or related field.
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and internal controls.
- Good communication in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., casino management systems).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
- Must be able to pass a background check if selected.
