JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager fluent in Chinese to lead financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. The role includes ensuring compliance, managing cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial planning
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master degree is preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Good in Chinese language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of local and international financial regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
