JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to oversee and optimize our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive contracts, managing purchasing processes, and ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services are acquired at the best value while meeting quality and delivery requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goal.
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Manage purchase orders, price comparisons, and quotation processes
- ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements, Resolve supplier issues and disputes
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize cost savings.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, purchasing activities, and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain at least 5Y-10Y experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/ERP systems
- Knowledge of sourcing and vendor management
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or relevant industry
