Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Process Designer / Process Architect to responsible the design, optimization, and governance of
business processes across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing existing workflows, identifying
inefficiencies, and architecting scalable, future-ready processes that align with business strategy and technology
capabilities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct process research, workflow analysis, and process mapping (flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, BPMN).
- Identify operational issues and propose process optimization solutions.
- Produce process documentation, SOPs, approval rules, and role-permission matrices.
- Design end-to-end processes for Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Sales, and Project Management.
- Translate business requirements into system/product requirements (PRD, rule definitions, data fields).
- Manage the process documentation library, process dictionary, and version control.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences)
- 3–8 years of experience in process management, business analysis, consulting, or product/business
system design.
- Proficient with Visio, Draw.io, ProcessOn, or BPMN 2.0 tools.
- Familiarity with at least one major functional process: Finance, Procurement, HR, Warehouse,
or Supply Chain.
- Able to translate business language into process language and system/technical requirements.
