Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Process Data Specialist / BI for Process to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing process-related data to help improve efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous process optimization. You will work closely with business teams, process owners, and IT/data teams to deliver accurate insights and actionable recommendations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Collect and organize process-related data
- Gather data from different systems (ERP, HR, Finance, WMS, CRM, etc.).
- Clean, prepare, and standardize data for analysis.
2. Build dashboards and reports
- Create dashboards using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Visualize KPIs related to process performance (cycle time, error rate, bottlenecks, efficiency, etc.).
3. Analyze process performance
- Identify slow steps, repeated issues, and inefficiencies in workflows.
- Use data to recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
4. Support decision-making with insights
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to managers.
- Predict trends using data (e.g., delayed approvals, low efficiency, resource shortages).
5. Maintain data models and pipelines
- Build or update data models connected to business processes.
- Work with IT or data engineers to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
6. Collaborate with process and business teams
- Understand how a process works end-to-end.
- Work with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to ensure data reflects the real process.
7. Ensure data quality
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Fix data errors or work with system teams on root-cause issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages is an advantage.
- Understanding of business processes such as procurement, HR, finance, operations, or supply chain.
- Ability to convert data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL, or process mapping is a plus..
