Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Process Digitalization Analyst / System Integration Analyst to support the digital transformation of our business operations. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, translating requirements into system designs, and ensuring smooth integration across enterprise platforms. You will work closely with business teams, IT teams, and system developers to implement efficient, scalable, and automated workflows.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Convert business processes into system requirements
- Study how a workflow currently works (e.g., purchasing, HR, finance).
- Write documents like PRD – Product/System Requirement Document that explain exactly what features the system must include.
2. Set up rules and workflow logic
Inside enterprise systems (ERP, HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.), they define:
- Data fields
- Permissions (who can see or edit what)
- Approval steps
- System rules or automation
3. Coordinate with IT teams
- Explain requirements clearly to developers.
- Check if the solutions match what business teams asked for.
- Support system configuration or integration (connecting one system to another).
4. Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Test new features before they go live.
- Find bugs or mismatched logic.
- Confirm the system works as intended.
5. Improve processes using digital tools
- Look for ways to automate manual tasks.
- Help transform outdated workflows into digital, efficient ones.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of business process design and system logic.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, WMS, or Finance systems is an advantage.
- Ability to write clear process flows, requirement documents, and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of system integration concepts (API, data mapping, workflow automation) is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
