JOB SUMMARY

As the Business Analysis Manager – Game Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing the behaviour of players, me metrics, and market trends, plus improving the gaming experience + revenue. You will act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and technology teams, driving scalable, efficient, and data-driven systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conduct behavioral and transactional analysis for casino, lottery, and sports gaming platforms.
• Define KPIs for game performance, user retention, and revenue tracking.
• Provide insights into player segmentation, jackpot optimization, and reward system efficacy.
• Collaborate with game designers to ensure features align with business and user goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring professional development and delivery excellence.
• Establish and maintain BA standards, templates, and best practices for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, product managers, and technical leads to gather and validate requirements.
• Drive prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and propose mitigation strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of BA experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, payment systems, gaming platforms, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of complexity business environmental workflow.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN modeling - SQL, BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
