Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
As the Business Analyst Manager – Terminal Integration System, you will manage the requirements from stakeholders for integrating the gaming terminals, and market trends, plus security requirements for terminal devices. You will act as a strategic bridge between stakeholders and technology teams, driving scalable, efficient, and data-driven systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage requirements for integrating gaming terminals (POS, kiosk, dealer devices) with backend systems.
- Define interface specifications, communication protocols, and security requirements for terminal devices.
- Oversee end-to-end integration testing and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Support operational teams with troubleshooting and performance monitoring of terminal solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring professional development and delivery excellence.
- Establish and maintain BA standards, templates, and best practices for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate workshops with executives, product managers, and technical leads to gather and validate requirements.
- Drive prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
- Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and propose mitigation strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of BA experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven expertise in data modeling, payment systems, gaming platforms, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of complexity business environmental workflow.
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN modeling - SQL, BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
