Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversees the accurate and efficient handling of cash, chips, and other valuables.
Ensures adherence to cash handling procedures and internal controls.
Conducts regular cash counts and reconciliations.
Supervises and trains cage staff, including cashiers, vault clerks, and shift leads.
Schedules staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Monitors staff performance and addresses any issues promptly.
Stays updated on all relevant gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
Ensures that all cage operations comply with regulatory standards.
Conducts regular audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
Provides excellent customer service to all guests.
Resolves customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintains a secure and safe working environment.
Monitors security cameras and alarms.
Implements security procedures to protect the casino's assets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills, and Related Experiences.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a casino cage or related field.
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and internal controls.
Good communication in English (Chinese is a plus)
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., casino management systems).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
