JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Business Analyst, Data Modeling & Science, you will bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. You will analyze business requirements, design data models, and collaborate with data science teams to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead the design and validation of enterprise-level data models to support analytics and reporting.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights for business and product optimization.
• Collaborate with data science teams to define requirements for predictive modeling, machine learning, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and scalability is implemented.
• Support team of business analysts, ensuring professional development and delivery excellence.
• Maintain BA standards, templates, and best practices for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, product managers, and technical leads to gather and validate requirements.
• Drive prioritization, scope management, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and propose mitigation strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of BA experience, including managerial or lead role is a plus
• Proven expertise in data modeling, payment systems, gaming platforms, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of complexity business environmental workflow.
• Proficient in tools like SQL, BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI), Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN modeling.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
