Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for the Procurement Supervisor who is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of goods and services for the Mall & Retail. This role oversees supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase documentation, delivery coordination, and compliance with internal procurement policies. The Procurement Supervisor plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring transparent, accurate procurement practices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
‒Source, assess, and manage reliable suppliers, including requesting and comparing quotations.
‒Maintain and update the approved vendor list and build strong supplier relationships.
‒Prepare and process PRs, POs, GRNs, and ensure all procurement documents are properly verified and filed.
‒Ensure all purchases follow company procurement policies, SOPs, and approval limits.
‒Track outstanding procurement requests and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
‒Coordinate delivery schedules and verify that all goods/services received meet required specifications.
‒Check and validate supplier invoices against received items before sending to Finance.
‒Monitor stock levels, plan procurement needs with departments, and maintain monthly inventory reports.
‒Maintain accurate procurement records, support compliance tasks, and assist in supplier risk assessments.
‒Collaborate with internal teams, communicate procurement updates, and support ad urgent purchasing needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences)
‒Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Purchase, or related field.
‒1–3years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, admin, or a related field.
‒Experience in retail, FMCG, Construction, Mall or the service industry is an advantage.
‒Strong negotiation and supplier management, Admin skills.
‒Good understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
‒Ability to evaluate quotations and assess cost-effectiveness.
‒Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
‒Good communication skills in Khmer (required) and English (basic to intermediate).
‒Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with O365/Google is a plus.
‒High integrity, confidentiality, and compliance-minded.
‒Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
