Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
 We are seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to serve as our Head of Transactional Products, leading the design and optimization of the platform’s overall profitability model and risk-control framework. This role is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end structure of odds modeling, betting limits, rebate and cashback mechanisms, promotional rules, and comprehensive risk-control policies. The ideal candidate will build and continuously refine a closed-loop system that integrates betting behavior modeling, risk exposure management, and profitability strategy iteration to ensure sustainable growth and controlled risk.
 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 1. Profitability Model & Strategy Design

 - Design and optimize odds structures, rebate/loyalty mechanisms, and betting limit strategies.

 - Build risk exposure models and drawdown control mechanisms for different game types/markets.

 - Define profitability strategies for different stages (acquisition, scaling, loss control).

 - Evaluate how promotions, cashback/rebate, and agent policies impact overall profit.

 2. Betting Behavior Modeling 

 - Analyze player betting patterns, staking progression paths, and stop-loss behaviors.

 - Identify professional players and arbitrage routes.

 - Build common arbitrage/attack models and mitigation strategies.

 - Optimize product rules to guide healthier betting behaviors.

 3. Risk Control & “Stop-the-Bleeding” Mechanisms

 - Work with Risk Control and Engineering teams to design the rules engine.

 - Define limits, linkage/association rules, and abnormal behavior detection rules.

 - Adjust strategies quickly when certain markets/game types show abnormal profitability patterns.

 4. Data-Driven Monitoring & Post-Mortem Loop

 - Monitor platform-level gross margin, net win/loss, and risk exposure.

 - Build P&L models by game type, agent, and member dimensions.

 - Conduct post-mortems for every arbitrage/exploitation or “break-through” incident.

 - Build an attack-path knowledge base and a strategy optimization backlog.

 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Data

 - Work with Operations to define boundaries for promotions and rebate/cashback policies.

 - Work with Engineering to upgrade the system toward strategy-driven capability (policy as configuration).

 - Work with Data teams to build core KPI dashboards.

 - Provide management with decision support on profitability and risk. J

OB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)

 1. Must Have -

 5+ years of experience in casino / sports betting / live dealer / transaction-driven products.

 - Deep understanding of betting psychology, bankroll safety perception, emotional bias, and decision paths.

 - Hands-on experience handling arbitrage, risk control, and odds adjustments.

 - Strong knowledge of betting limit structures, rebate/cashback mechanisms, and revenue share models.

 - Ability to independently assess how product strategies impact profitability and risk.

 2. Preferred

 - Proven experience in recovering from being “breached/exploited” and successfully stopping losses.

 - Experience in sports odds/handicap (line) design.

 - Experience operating credit-based or cash-based betting models.

 - Familiar with agent hierarchies and profit-sharing models
