JOB SUMMARY
The Process Improvement Specialist / BPR Specialist is responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and customer experience. The role focuses on continuous improvement and reengineering initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Analyze existing business processes (AS-IS) and design optimized processes (TO-BE)
-Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessment
-Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
-Lead or support business process reengineering initiatives
-Facilitate process improvement workshops and Kaizen sessions
-Support standardization and best practice adoption across departments
-Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics
-Prepare analysis reports, dashboards, and recommendation
-Measure benefits realization from improvement initiatives
-Identify opportunities for process automation and digitizationWork with IT and business teams on workflow, BPM, or RPA solutions
-Support UAT and post-implementation reviews
-Collaborate with business owners, IT, and cross-functional teamsSupport change management, training, and communication activities
-Act as a process advisor to business units
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Process Improvement, BPR, or Operational Excellence
- Experience in process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Bizagi, Signavio, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
