Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

 We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst supports requirement gathering, documentation, and business process analysis. This role works with senior BAs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements, assist with testing activities, and support project delivery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Requirements Support

- Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

- Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and basic documentation

- Support requirement review sessions

2. Analysis & Documentation

- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities

-  Maintain BA documentations 

- Ensure documentation accuracy and version control

3. Project & Testing Support

- Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking

- Coordinate with developers and QA teams during development and testing

- Track issues, risks, and action items

4. Stakeholder Communication

- Communicate requirements and updates to internal stakeholders

- Support senior BA in stakeholder meetings and presentations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)

- A bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, or related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Able to communicate with AI (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, or others) for the initial best practices as foundation.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills on business workflow and data processing.

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

- Competency in product designing tools.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
