Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  

  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information. 

  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate department. 

  Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues. 

  Gather customer feedback to improve services and identify areas for enhancement. 

  Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

  Proven experience in customer service 

  Good in Chinese language   

  Has a critical thinking, and understand customer needs 

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused attitude
