Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an English Teacher (Nursery) a caring, responsible, and physically strong Nursery Care Teacher to look after a 2-year-old student. This role focuses mainly on childcare and supervision rather than formal teaching. The teacher will accompany the child at school during weekdays and provide basic learning support at home on Saturdays..

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Accompany and closely supervise the child at school.

- Ensure the child’s safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.

- Assist the child with daily routines (eating, toileting, napping, etc.).

- Carry and support the child when necessary.

- Monitor the child’s behavior and emotional condition.

- Conduct simple home-based learning activities on Saturdays (basic English, numbers, colors, songs, storytelling, etc.).

- Encourage early childhood development through play-based learning.

- Prepare simple teaching materials suitable for a 2-year-old child.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and behavior.

- Coordinate with school teachers when necessary.

- Provide daily updates to parents/management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.)

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (preferred).

- Previous experience teaching teenagers or tutoring English.

- Strong communication skills and clear pronunciation.

- Ability to create fun and effective learning materials.

- Patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching.

- Availability for home-based tutoring sessions.
