Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Process / System Integration Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and ensuring seamless

integration between different systems and platforms within the organization. The role focuses on improving operational

efficiency, automating workflows, and ensuring data consistency across systems

.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Process Analysis

‒ Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

‒ Map workflows and document process requirements.

‒ Recommend automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency.

System Integration

‒ Coordinate integration between internal systems, third-party platforms, and databases.

‒ Work with IT and development teams to design and implement integration solutions (API, ETL, middleware, etc.).

‒ Ensure smooth data flow between systems.

Requirement Gathering

‒ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.

‒ Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Testing & Implementation

‒ Support system testing (UAT, integration testing).

‒ Ensure new integrations meet business requirements and quality standards.

‒ Assist with deployment and post-implementation support.

Data Management

‒ Monitor data accuracy and consistency across systems.

‒ Troubleshoot system or data integration issues.

Documentation & Reporting

‒ Maintain process documentation, system diagrams, and integration workflows.

‒ Provide reports and analysis to management on system performance and process efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

‒ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

‒ 3–5 years experience in system analysis, business process improvement, or system integration.

‒ Experience with APIs, databases, ETL processes, and system architecture is preferred.

‒ Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPM tools).

‒ Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems.

‒ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

‒ Understanding of business process optimization

‒ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

‒ Good communication and stakeholder management skills

‒ Project coordination skills, Attention to detail and documentation

‒ Experience with integration platforms or middleware

‒ Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, or scripting

‒ Experience with Agile or Scrum environments
