Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Data Product Manager to own the platform’s metrics framework and data standards, ensuring consistent, reliable, and trusted data across business, finance, and management teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

-                 Design company-wide metrics systems (business, financial, and management metrics).

-                 Define metric standards: calculation logic, scope, time granularity, and exclusion rules.

-                 Design core data dimension models (time, organization, user, business).

-                 Build backend reporting structures (overview dashboards, drill-downs, trends).

-                 Manage metric versions, definitions, and change history via metric dictionaries.

-                 Align data understanding across BA, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.)

-                 3–7 years of experience in Data Product, Backend Product, or BI Product roles.

-                 Hands-on experience designing metrics frameworks and metric definitions.

-                 Able to clearly explain:

-                 Why the same metric can have multiple versions.

-                 Why metric logic cannot be changed casually.

-                 Nice to Have

-                 Platform or multi-business system experience.

-                 Executive/management dashboard design experience.

-                 Data governance or metric dictionary ownership.

-                 Not a Fit If You

-                 Only know how to write SQL.

-                 Only produce analysis reports without design ownership.

-                 Treat “what the boss wants” as the only data standard.

-                 Are unable to push back on unreasonable data requests.
