Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY


We are looking for HRBP , The purpose of this role is to align human resources strategies with the business goals of the Entertainment and Casino division, ensuring that people initiatives effectively support operational success. It focuses on driving organizational performance by developing talent, coaching managers, and managing employee relations. Additionally, the role aims to build a high-performance culture while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships across the division.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

‒ Responsible for assessing the strategic and operational needs of the organization from business plan (BP) perspectives

‒ Design talent acquisition and development strategies for niche operational roles, understanding the specific skill sets and career pathways within the property and construction development landscape

‒ Thoughtfully assess various HR/business challenges, appropriately consider viable options for addressing them, and deliver solutions based on solid business acumen, best practices, cultural sensitivities and pragmatism.

‒ Implement employee engagement and wellness programs that address the unique pressures of a high-volume in property and construction development environment

‒ Develop and advise on workforce scheduling strategies, attendance policies, and employee support systems.

‒ Coach and advise managers on performance management and discipline matters; ensure documentation is in place and strategist appropriate corrective action steps. Review draft performance improvement plans prior to delivery to the employee.

‒ Ensure all people practices, hiring, and disciplinary actions comply with stringent gaming license regulations and local labour laws, mitigating significant regulatory risk for the business

‒ Review dashboard metrics daily to optimize work productivity and ensure work is completed in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)


JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences)

‒ 4-5 Years of HR experiences with at least 3-4 years of involve with Operational HR

‒ MBA or Human Resource Management

‒ Language Native language ,English Proficiency,Chinese is a plus

‒ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

‒ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

‒ Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data
