Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

-  User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other research methods to understand user behaviors and needs, and provide insights for product design.

-  Interaction Design: Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction logic based on business goals and user needs to ensure a smooth and intuitive experience.

-  Prototype Development: Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD to create mid- to high-fidelity prototypes, clearly demonstrating design and functionality.

-  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers to bring designs to life and maintain consistency in the user experience across platforms.

-  UX Optimization and Iteration: Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve and iterate on product experience with creative solutions.

-  Design System Contribution: Assist in building and maintaining design systems to ensure design consistency and improve development efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-  Bachelor's degree or above in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related fields.

-  At least 2 years of UX design experience, with full project involvement preferred.

-  Solid understanding of user research methods and UX design processes.

-  Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.

-  Strong attention to detail, user-centric mindset, and good sense of product logic.

-  Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design decisions clearly.

-  Bonus: Experience with product thinking or data-driven design optimization.
