Job Description:


A. JOB SUMMARY:  Describe the Purpose of this job in 2-3 Sentences.  

We are looking for a skilled Telegram Account Controller to manage and optimize our Telegram ecosystem, including accounts, groups, channels, and bots. The ideal candidate is experienced in Telegram operations, content posting, automation, and digital advertising, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.

B. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Telegram accounts, groups, and channels

 

Monitor and control daily Telegram activities (chat moderation, posting, engagement)

 

Plan, create, and post content across all Telegram groups and channels

 

Understand what type of content to post (promotional, engagement, announcements) and when to post for best performance

 

Ensure consistency and quality of posts across all platforms

 

Create, configure, and manage Telegram bots for automation and user interaction

 

Ensure smooth operation and security of Telegram accounts and assets

 

Handle group growth strategies and audience engagement

 

Coordinate and execute Telegram-based advertising campaigns

 

Analyse performance and optimize campaigns for better results

 

Troubleshoot account, bot, or platform-related issues

 

C. Job Scope – Group/Business Division or Department Responsibilities (list or explain)

To manage of Telegram accounts, create Telegram bots and also know how to managed social media platform.
