Job Details

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and manage the full wood pellet factory operations, including production planning, team supervision, equipment maintenance, quality control, safety compliance, and cost efficiency to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality output.
.Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products according to production requirements 
.Support loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of materials within the factory while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage 
.Follow production process flows and cooperate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely material supply 
.Conduct daily forklift inspection, basic maintenance, and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor 
.Maintain cleanliness and comply with workplace safety procedures, company regulations, and operational standards
