- Local Ownership: Full operational accountability for the physical footprint, security, and asset management of the Sendar Wood factory warehouse.
- Group Alignment: Responsibility for implementing and maintaining standardized warehouse management policies,
- Cost Control: Monitoring local warehouse operational costs.
Requirement
- Minimum Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Industry Specifics: At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a manufacturing plant environment (experience in wood manufacturing, timber, paper/pulp, or heavy industrial sectors is highly preferred).
- Technical Inventory Control: Proficiency in systems and dedicated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to manage a diverse, fast-paced team of blue-collar workers and supervisors.
- Logistics Mastery: Deep understanding of warehousing methodologies (FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, 5S implementation).
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Chinese to facilitate seamless reporting to group leadership and coordination with local or overseas suppliers.
