Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records for all staff.
- Track leave balances, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of leave requests.
- Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Compile and verify payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and deductions.
- Liaise with finance/accounting for payroll disbursement.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee compensation.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
- Maintain records of warehouse assets and supplies.
- Perform other tasks as assign from management.
