Job Description:
Position Objectives
•Translate business requirements raised by management, operations, and other departments
into clear, complete, developable, testable, and acceptable product solutions.
•Possess strong iGaming industry experience and be capable of independently analysing
complex requirements, identifying business gaps, completing missing scenarios, designing
business processes, and producing high-quality requirement documents.
•Proficiently use artificial intelligence tools to support requirement analysis, product solution
design, document preparation, process design, prototype creation, test scenario design, and
information organisation, improving the efficiency and quality of product work.•
This position is not limited to recording requirements, arranging meetings, or creating page
designs. The role is responsible for requirement quality, business rules, and product
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate with management and business departments to understand requirement
backgrounds, objectives, and actual business problems.
2. Convert verbal ideas, fragmented feedback, and temporary requests into formal and
structured requirements.
3. Define requirement scope, usage scenarios, business rules, affected areas, and acceptance
criteria.
4. Proactively identify missing requirements, conflicts, unreasonable rules, and potential risks.
5. Design complete and executable product solutions based on business objectives.
6. Define standard, exceptional, failed, and manual-handling processes.
7. Define processing rules for different roles, statuses, currencies, channels, and agent levels.
8. Propose feasible solutions for complex requirements and explain the advantages and
disadvantages of each option.
9. Independently prepare complete product requirement documents, process flows, status
diagrams, and page prototypes.
10. Clearly define page functions, field definitions, status transitions, calculation rules, and
operational rules.
11. Proficiently use artificial intelligence tools for requirement breakdown, scenario
completion, document improvement, prototype assistance, and acceptance scenario
design.
12. Review, correct, and validate artificial intelligence-generated content to ensure the accuracy
of business rules and data logic.
13. Organise requirement review meetings and explain requirements to development, testing,
and design teams.
14. Follow requirements throughout the complete lifecycle, from design and development to
testing and production release.
15. Promptly handle requirement changes, disputes, omissions, and project blockers.
16. Conduct business acceptance based on requirement documents and confirm that functions
and data results meet the agreed requirements.17. Collect post-release issues and feedback and drive continuous product improvements.
18. Maintain business rules, requirement templates, and product-related documentation.
Job Requirements
1. At least three years of relevant product experience in an iGaming platform or online gaming
platform.
2. Familiar with member, agent, wallet, deposit, withdrawal, betting, payout, promotion, and
wagering requirement processes.
3. Able to independently analyse complex requirements and produce complete, executable
product solutions and requirement documents.
4. Able to identify business gaps, rule conflicts, missing scenarios, and potential risks.
5. Strong skills in process diagrams, page prototypes, and written documentation.
6. Strong cross-departmental communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Able to follow requirements through implementation and take responsibility for requirement
quality and acceptance results.
8. Must be proficient in using mainstream artificial intelligence tools to support product-related
work.
9. Able to use artificial intelligence for requirement analysis, solution comparison, scenario
completion, document preparation, prototype assistance, and test case design.
10. Able to identify errors, omissions, and unreasonable content generated by artificial
intelligence rather than copying and using output directly.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with cash-based platforms, credit-based platforms, agent hierarchies, revenue
sharing arrangements, rolling commissions, credit limits, or periodic settlement.
2. Experience with casino games, electronic games, sports betting, or lottery products.
3. Experience with bonuses, promotions, risk control, multi-currency platforms, or large-scale
back-office systems.
4. Experience in platform restructuring or building a platform from the ground up.
