JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who are good in Chinese language with strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain record of customer interaction and respond customer inquiry via phone email or chat.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
