JOB SUMMARY

Social Media Account Management Executive will be responsible for managing company pages and handling the setup and technical management of business ad accounts. The ideal candidate must know how to create and maintain business accounts for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, and solve issues like account restrictions or ad rejections. This role also involves monitoring comments and messages across all social platforms.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Ad Account Setup & Troubleshooting

- Create and manage business ad accounts on Meta (Facebook Business Manager), TikTok Business Center, Google Ads / Google Business Profile

- Set up payment methods, pixel/conversion tracking, and assign page/ad roles.

- Troubleshoot and fix issues such as Ad account restrictions or bans, Page connection errors and Business Manager verifications

- Work with platform support if needed to recover blocked or disabled accounts.

2. Social Media Page Management

- Maintain and update all official company pages:

- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, YouTube, etc.

- Ensure all content, profile info, and branding are always up-to-date.

- Help schedule or post content if assigned.

- Customer Interaction & Community Monitoring

- Monitor inbox messages, comments, reviews, and post replies.

- Respond to customer questions or feedback politely and on time.

- Report or escalate any serious complaints or problems.

3. System & Platform Coordination

- Organize and document access control: who has access to what account.

- Collaborate with the design/content/ad team for smooth coordination.

4. Basic Reporting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.


- Experience creating and managing Meta Business Manager accounts.

- Ability to fix issues like restricted ad accounts, blocked pages, or rejected ads.

- Familiar with TikTok Business and Google Ads interface.

- Good problem-solving skills for platform or account access issues.

- Basic understanding of how social ads and pixels/tracking work.

- Detail-oriented and trustworthy with account logins and sensitive data.

- Able to communicate in a professional and friendly tone, both in writing and verbally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with advertising or digital marketing teams.

- Ability to write basic customer replies in both Khmer and English.
