Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage short- and long-term business plans aligned with company objectives
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business trend forecasting
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present business models, projections, and scenario planning reports
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and marketing teams to align planning efforts
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and project prioritization
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategic roles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
