Job Description:
- Watch all areas of the casino, like gaming tables, slot machines, and cash counters, through cameras.
- Spot and report suspicious activities, like cheating or theft.
- Work with security teams to handle problems and emergencies.
- Keep clear records of what you observe and report incidents.
- Review camera footage to help with investigations or settle disputes.
- Follow gaming laws, company rules, and procedures.
- Operate and take care of surveillance equipment to keep it working properly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in surveillance operator.
- Be able to use Mandarin and English, can read and write both languages are advantage.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- A well discipline and honest personality.
- No colour blinds.
