JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Sales to drive property sales and leasing by generating leads, conducting client tours, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on market trends.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and tenants.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Provide detailed information about condo units and mall retail spaces, including pricing and benefits.
- Organize and conduct property tours for prospective clients.
- Assist buyers and tenants in selecting and customizing their spaces.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
