Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Security Project Manager who is to manages the entire project; understands design + construction + equipment selection (often covers all these aspects).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end security system projects (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, intrusion detection, etc.).
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage procurement of security equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant codes
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve successful delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing security projects (ELV/low-voltage systems, IT security, or infrastructure).
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, intrusion detection, and integrated security systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Problem-solving and risk management expertise.
