JOB SUMMARY

The Cage Cashier is responsible for handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced casino environment. Key duties include processing cash, credit, and chip transactions, exchanging gaming chips and currency, maintaining and reconciling cash drawers, and assisting guests with financial services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Process cash, credit, and chip transactions accurately and efficiently

- Exchange gaming chips, tokens, and tickets for cash

- Maintain and reconcile cash drawers and cashier

- Assist guests with currency exchange and financial

- Monitor and report discrepancies or suspicious activity

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to support promotions and events

- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Maintain confidentiality and uphold casino security protocols

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field

- Proven experience in cash handling or financial transactions

- Good in Chinese language and English is a plus

- Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
