Job Details

-   Define and optimize the company’s overall testing process, strategy, test case design standards, and  

release acceptance criteria 

-   Build and manage the QA team structure, including role planning and talent development 

-   Lead test planning, resource scheduling, risk assessment, and quality delivery for key projects 

-   Guide the team in executing functional testing, API testing, automation testing, performance testing, and  

security testing 

-   Participate in product requirement and technical design reviews, providing suggestions on feasibility and  

testability 

-   Promote increased test automation coverage and the development of internal testing platforms to improve  

efficiency 

-   Ensure the quality of test outcomes, generate quality metric reports, and support release decision-making 

-   Foster a quality-driven culture and lead cross-department collaboration process improvements (e.g., test  

handover standards, defect handling workflows) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

-   Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or related fields 

-   Over 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test team management role 

-   Solid understanding of software testing theories and methodologies, with in-depth knowledge of the testing  

lifecycle, agile testing, and quality assurance systems 

-   Hands-on experience in multiple testing domains, including functional, API, automation, performance, and  

security testing 

-   Familiar with mainstream testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, JMeter,  

and GitLab CI/CD 

-   Strong project management skills, with proven ability in cross-team communication, coordination, and  

driving issue resolution 

-   Experience in testing high-concurrency systems such as online gaming, e-commerce,  

or financial platforms is a plus
