Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a HR Director who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company’s human resources strategy and operations. They play a key leadership role in aligning HR practices with business goals to support organizational growth, employee satisfaction, and legal compliance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Alignment:
- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business plan.
Team Leadership:
- Managing and developing a team of HRBPs, ensuring they are equipped to provide strategic support to their respective business units.
Organizational Development:
- Driving organizational effectiveness through talent management, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
HR Service Delivery:
- Overseeing the delivery of HR services, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high quality.
Performance Management:
- Implementing performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback to leaders, and driving employee development.
Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive work environment.
Data Analysis:
- Utilizing HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Change Management:
- Leading and facilitating organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
Policy Development:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with business needs and legal requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, HR colleagues, and employees.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education,
Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences)
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in HR or Business Administration.
- Candidates with prior experience in casino/ hotel would be an advantage.
- At least 8-10 years of experiences in HR Field management roles.
- Strong and proven HR leader with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to deal effectively with senior colleagues in all parts of the organization.
- Possesses deep expertise in HR Audit, compensation and benefits design, policy, and process setting / re-design.
- Has the ability to multi-task and complete numerous tasks within deadlines. A pro-active and a “Can Do” attitude would be critical
