Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The DI Dealer is responsible for overseeing and managing the smooth operation of table games in a casino environment. This includes shuffling and dealing cards or dice, ensuring fair play, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with players.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee and manage table game
- Shuffle and distribute cards or dice to players
- Ensure all players follow the rules and identify any suspicious behavior
- Explain game rules to new players and maintain a friendly demeanor
- Exchange money for chips, pay out winnings, and collect losing bets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.
- At least graduated high school.
- Women with a height of 1.60m and above and Men with a height of 1.70m and above.
- Previous experience in casino operations, gaming surveillance, or customer service can be beneficial
- Good at mental calculation
- A well discipline and honest personality.
- No color blind.
