Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Performance Testing Expert who is understand both tool and architecture. have database performance turning experience, knowledgeable in Linux system.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java/Python/Go) with shell scripting automation skills.
- Skilled in JMeter, LoadRunner, and other performance testing tools, with secondary development
- capabilities (e.g., plugin development).
- Knowledgeable in Linux system tuning and server performance parameter optimization (Tomcat, Nginx, etc.).
- Use nmon,Nagios,VisualVM, and similar tools for system monitoring and bottleneck analysis.
- Develop performance optimization plans and verify results.
- Experienced in performance testing and tuning for large-scale e-commerce or other high concurrency projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Prefer candidates who understand both tools and architecture, not just how to run load scripts.
- Database performance tuning experience is a plus since bottlenecks often occur at the database layer.
- Candidates with real-world production incident handling experience tend to have stronger stability.
