Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Camera Control
- Manage multiple camera angles (e.g., dealer close-up, wide shot, table view) according to the game flow
- Execute precise scene switching to align with dealer actions and card dealing phases
2. Lighting & Atmosphere Management
- Adjust table lighting to ensure clear visibility of the dealer’s face and playing cards
- Tune color temperature, brightness, and light positions to create immersive visual effects
- Configure ambient lighting based on table types (standard, branded, promotional)
3. Live AV Monitoring
- Monitor live video/audio signals, bitrate, latency, and other technical indicators in real time
- Quickly identify and fix visual issues such as lag, black screens, or sync errors
- Collaborate with video engineers to resolve system or network issues
4. Coordination & Workflow Execution
- Maintain high-frequency communication with floor managers, dealers, and support staff
- Participate in pre-launch visual testing, run-throughs, and configuration of visual standards for new tables
- Support product and operations teams by providing visual improvement feedback
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in live production switching, assistant directing, or studio broadcasting
- Familiar with live production tools such as OBS, vMix, ATEM, TriCaster, etc.
- Basic knowledge of live streaming systems and protocols (e.g., RTMP, SRT) is preferred
- Strong ability to quickly handle visual issues, with excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- Meticulous, reliable, and a strong team player with effective communication and execution skills
