Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Game Design Optimization
- Develop and optimize game rules, pay out tables, and betting limits for Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and other games
- Design and configure jackpot mechanisms (trigger conditions, contribution rates, prize tiers) to maximize player engagement while controlling risk.
- Build tipping, bonus, and reward systems to incentivize players and enhance lifetime value (LTV) without compromising profit margins
- Balance house edge player appeal to ensure competitive market positioning Data Analysis &Performance Monitoring
- Develop and execute media plans to support sales campaigns across platforms
- Conduct probability simulations to forecast jackpot payouts, bonus costs, and game volatility.
- Identify and respond to unusual betting patterns, potential fraud, or advantage play Player Engagement& Retention

-Stay update don industry trends, new game types, and competitor innovations
-Propose new game for features based on market demand.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3+ years in games strategy, game design, or operations within the online casino/gaming industry
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and other casino games, including rules, house edge calculations and risk control.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct simulations, probability modelling, and interpret player behaviour data.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with game configuration tools, jackpot systems, and bonus management.
- Creativity & Player Psychology: Understanding of factors that drive player excitement, engagement, and loyalty.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
