JOB SUMMARY
The Technician is responsible for performing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficient and safe operation. This role involves diagnosing issues, operating hand and power tools, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Operate hand and power tools to perform repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviours, and Related Experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
