Job Description
- Identify and approach potential clients in the construction industry (developers, contractors, architects, consultants).
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services (e.g., building materials, heavy equipment, construction solutions).
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues. Prepare sales reports and other tasks per assigned by manager
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in construction materials or B2B sales
