Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Surveillance Shift Manager who is responsible for overseeing surveillance operations during a specific shift, usually in environments like casinos, control centers, retail security hubs, or high-security facilities. They supervise surveillance staff, monitor real-time security feeds, respond to incidents, and ensure all surveillance systems are functioning effectively.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversees the casino operations and activities within an assigned shift.
- Manages subordinate staff in the performance of their duties.
- Coordinates with other department like Cage, Slot, Marketing, CCTV, F&B and Hotel on matters of Casino Operations.
- Ensures that the company’s assets and integrity is protected at all times.
- Effectively resolve customer’s complaints and disputes utilizing Surveillance when necessary.
- Ensure all the casino promotional activities are being conducted in accordance with company rules.
- Monitors and oversees VIP and Junket rooms.
- Accomplish daily shift reports.
- Provides periodic casino results and statistics to upper management.
- Ensures enough manpower and proper staffing within an assigned shift.
- Accomplish Pit Supervisors and Pit Bosses daily allotments and annual appraisal reports.
- Conducts pre-shift briefings.
- Performs additional designated duties that may include card management, monthly staffing, training and
- documentations.
- Responsible for closing/opening of Casino Computer System and filing of end-of-day reports and
- documents.
- Rectify erroneous data entries in the Casino computer System that are beyond PS and PB’s authority.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to speak Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
