JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Surveillance Executive who is be able to speak Mandarin and English that knowledge of major game and can ensure smooth daily operation, coordinate all daily activities of the Surveillance Department.
- Direct and coordinate all daily activities of the Surveillance Department in accordance with the Company
and Casino Policy and Regulations.
- To ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
- To be a team leader and make logical judgement in resolving issues.
- To review incidents and submit reports on daily shift.
- To follow and perform all instruction, assignment and other related duties as may be required by the superior.
- To evaluate the subordinate’s performance and complete the annual appraisals as required.
- To be fair, unbiased and non-prejudiced but firm when dealing with the subordinates
- To check and ensure all cameras and its coverage are recording and in working condition.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education,
Qualification/Skills/Behavior, and Related Experiences.
- At lease 3-5 years in management role
- Knowledge of major games like Baccarat, Nui Nui, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, San Gong. Other games Knowledge is advantage.
- A well-disciplined and honest personality.
- No color blinds
- Computer proficiency
- Be able to use Mandarin and English, can read and write both languages are advantage.
- Good communication with another department in charge.
