JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior UI Designer with a strong background in creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for digital products. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of professional experience in UI design, including a minimum of 1 year working within the iGaming industry (sports betting, casino, poker, or related platforms). As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our products, ensuring intuitive user journeys, and collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

-    Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications with a focus on iGaming platforms.

-    Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and concepts into high-fidelity visual designs.

-    Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, colour systems, and component libraries.

-    Design engaging game and betting interfaces that balance usability with entertainment value.

-    Create UI assets, design systems, and component libraries for scalable design implementation.

-    Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

-    Stay updated with design trends, especially in iGaming, sports betting, and entertainment platforms.

-    Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviors, and Related Experiences.) 

-    4+ years of professional experience in UI design.

-    Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry (casino, sports betting, poker, or lottery products).

-    Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work, particularly in iGaming or entertainment products.

-    Knowledge of player behaviour and UI patterns specific to iGaming.

-    Familiarity with regulatory requirements in online gaming interfaces.

-    Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

-    Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.

-    Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

-    Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

-    Strong attention to detail with excellent visual design skills.

-    Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.

-    Knowledge of player behaviour and UI patterns specific to iGaming.

-    Familiarity with regulatory requirements in online gaming interfaces

-    Good understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
